Minor packaging imperfections may not be considered product damage unless the item is materially damaged or defective.

Some products on our website may be available for pre-order. A pre-order is an order for an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers and are not guaranteed. These dates may change without notice due to production delays, shipping delays, allocation changes, supplier availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

Pre-order arrival dates are estimates only.
The item will ship once it becomes available and is ready for fulfillment.
Availability may be limited or subject to supplier allocation.
We may contact you if there are major changes to the estimated arrival timeframe.
A pre-order may be cancelled by us if the item becomes unavailable, discontinued, allocated, or unable to be fulfilled.
