Collector Packaging Notice

We understand that manufacturer packaging, display boxes, and presentation are important to collectors. We take reasonable care when handling and packaging orders.

However, products may have minor factory or distribution imperfections, including light shelf wear, small marks, minor corner or edge wear, paint variations, or packaging differences.

Manufacturer packaging is not guaranteed to be mint or flawless unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Claims involving material damage, defects, incorrect products, or other applicable consumer rights are handled under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Product Safety and Age Recommendations

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders are subject to the cancellation, return, and refund conditions disclosed at purchase and described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Approved voluntary cancellations may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee where previously disclosed and permitted by law. The fee does not apply when Urbay cancels an order because merchandise cannot be fulfilled or when a full refund is required by law.

Pre-order and back-order voluntary cancellation requests are generally limited to the first one hour after purchase, without restricting any separate cancellation or refund rights required by law.
