At Urbay Toys & Collectibles, we carefully pack each order to help protect your collectibles during shipping. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

In-stock items are processed as quickly as possible during normal business days.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, item availability, carrier pickup times, payment review, and fulfillment requirements.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your cart, shipping destination, package size, package weight, and available shipping methods.

Available shipping options may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Free Shipping

Some products may qualify for free shipping when a free shipping promotion is available.

Certain items may be excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, value, packaging requirements, supplier restrictions, or special handling needs.

If an item does not qualify for free shipping, available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment.

Estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier and may change without notice.

Pre-order items will ship once they arrive and are ready for fulfillment.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship when all items are available unless separate shipping is arranged or offered.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another available carrier depending on the order, destination, and shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, manufacturer delays, distributor delays, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the package has been picked up.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

The shipping box
The packing materials
The product packaging
The damaged item

We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, or local carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help review the situation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist with carrier claim information when available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination and product.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays, refused packages, or additional charges caused by customs or import regulations.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to size, value, supplier rules, carrier limitations, legal requirements, or import restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to ship the product to the provided address.
