ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING
In-stock items may require up to 8-10 business days for payment review, verification, processing, handling, inspection, packing, and transfer to the carrier before shipment.
For pre-order and back-order products, the handling period does not begin until the product has arrived, becomes available for fulfillment, and is ready to be processed.
For orders containing products with different availability dates or statuses, the handling period for the complete order generally begins once all items in the order are available for fulfillment, unless Urbay Toys & Collectibles elects to ship part of the order separately.
Once the complete order is available for fulfillment, up to 8-10 business days may be required before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekends, holidays, carrier transit time, manufacturer delays, supplier delays, and customs delays are not included in the handling period.
A shipping label or tracking number may be created before the carrier physically receives or scans the package. Carrier transit time begins after carrier acceptance and is separate from our handling time.
MIXED ORDERS AND COMBINED SHIPPING
Orders containing a combination of in-stock, pre-order, back-order, or products with different availability dates will generally be held and shipped together once all items in the order are available for fulfillment.
Items that become available earlier may be reserved for the order while we wait for the remaining items to become available.
Shipping charges paid at checkout, including orders that qualify for a free-shipping promotion, are based on one complete shipment unless otherwise expressly stated.
We do not automatically split orders because individual products become available at different times.
If a customer requests that available items be shipped separately before the remainder of the order is ready, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost created by the requested split shipment. Any applicable additional shipping charge must be accepted and paid before the separate shipment is processed.
Urbay Toys & Collectibles may elect to divide an order into multiple shipments when operationally necessary or appropriate. If we choose to split an order on our own initiative, the customer will not be charged additional shipping solely because of our decision to divide the shipment.
Certain products may be required to ship separately because of size, weight, value, carrier restrictions, supplier requirements, special handling, legal restrictions, or other shipping requirements.
Products identified as Special Shipping Required, Not Eligible for Free Shipping, oversized, high-value, freight, or otherwise restricted remain subject to the conditions and charges shown on the product page or at checkout.

Products from different shipping profiles may produce separate rate components that are combined and displayed at checkout.
The amount accepted during checkout is the shipping amount for the order based on the shipment configuration presented at checkout. If the customer later requests a change that creates additional shipping costs, including a split shipment, upgraded shipping service, or address correction, the customer may be responsible for the additional charge. Any additional charge will be communicated before the requested service is processed.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING
Eligible U.S. orders meeting the free-shipping threshold displayed on our website or at checkout—currently $150 or more—may qualify for free standard shipping.
Eligibility may be based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Free-shipping promotions apply to one complete shipment of the qualifying order, unless otherwise expressly stated.
If an order contains products with different availability dates, the order will generally be held until all items are available and then shipped together.
If a customer requests that part of a qualifying free-shipping order be shipped separately before the remaining items are available, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost associated with the requested split shipment.
If Urbay Toys & Collectibles chooses to divide a qualifying order into multiple shipments for operational reasons, the customer will not lose the free-shipping benefit or be charged additional shipping solely because we elected to divide the shipment.
Certain products may be excluded from free shipping because of size, weight, value, supplier restrictions, freight requirements, or special handling. Products requiring special shipping will be identified when applicable, and their shipping charges remain payable even when other products in the order qualify for free shipping.
Free-shipping offers apply only where expressly stated and do not apply to Canadian or other international orders unless the offer specifically says otherwise.
