Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING

In-stock items may require up to 2-5 business days for payment review, verification, processing, handling, inspection, packing, and physical transfer to the shipping carrier.

For pre-order and back-order products, the handling period does not begin until the product has arrived, is available for fulfillment, and is ready to be processed.

For orders containing products with different availability dates or statuses, the handling period for a combined shipment generally begins once all items in the order are available for fulfillment, unless Urbay Toys & Collectibles elects to ship part of the order separately.

Once the complete order is available for fulfillment, up to 2-5 business days may be required before transfer to the carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Weekends and holidays are not included in the handling period. Carrier transit time is separate from handling time.

A shipping label or tracking number may be created before the carrier physically receives or scans the package. Shipment occurs when the package is physically transferred to the carrier, not merely when a label is created.

PRE-ORDER AND BACK-ORDER SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Pre-order and back-order merchandise is not available for immediate shipment.

Estimated release, restock, and availability dates are based on information supplied by manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers, including EE Distribution. These estimates may change because of production schedules, licensing, transportation, supplier delays, allocation changes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated product availability is not a guaranteed shipment or delivery date. An updated product-page estimate may reflect a new supplier allocation and does not automatically change the expectations established for an earlier customer's order.

Any shipping timeframe clearly disclosed when an order is placed must have a reasonable basis. A manufacturer's estimated availability date and our handling period do not automatically extend an applicable shipment deadline. If no shipping timeframe is clearly stated, the default timeframe required by applicable law governs.

Once a pre-order or back-order product becomes available for fulfillment, our standard handling period of up to 10 business days generally applies, provided that the order is still shipped within its applicable timeframe or a properly consented-to revised timeframe.

If we determine that we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the required shipping-delay notice and an opportunity to consent to a revised shipment timeframe or cancel for a full and prompt refund. Where applicable law requires express consent, silence will not be treated as consent. If required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped merchandise as required.

MIXED ORDERS AND COMBINED SHIPPING

Orders containing a combination of in-stock, pre-order, back-order, or other products with different availability dates will generally be held and shipped together once all items in the order are available for fulfillment.

Items that become available earlier may be reserved for the order while we wait for the remaining items to become available.

For a combined shipment, the anticipated shipping schedule generally depends on the item with the latest estimated availability, together with the applicable handling period. This arrangement does not automatically extend any shipping deadline established at purchase or remove any required shipping-delay notices, cancellation options, or refund rights.

Shipping charges paid at checkout, including orders that qualify for a free-shipping promotion, are based on one complete shipment unless otherwise expressly stated.

We do not automatically split orders because individual products become available at different times.

If a customer requests that available items be shipped separately before the remainder of the order is ready, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost created by the requested split shipment. Any applicable additional shipping charge must be accepted and paid before the separate shipment is processed.

Urbay Toys & Collectibles may elect to divide an order into multiple shipments when operationally necessary or appropriate. If we choose to split an order on our own initiative, the customer will not be charged additional shipping solely because of our decision to divide the shipment.

Certain products may be required to ship separately because of size, weight, value, carrier restrictions, supplier requirements, special handling, legal restrictions, or other shipping requirements.

Products identified as Special Shipping Required, Not Eligible for Free Shipping, oversized, high-value, freight, or otherwise restricted remain subject to the conditions and charges shown on the product page or at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping rates and methods are displayed at checkout and may depend on:

  • The products in the cart
  • Shipping destination
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Carrier and service availability
  • Product value
  • Shipping profiles
  • Packaging or special-handling requirements

Products from different shipping profiles may produce separate rate components that are combined and displayed at checkout.

The amount accepted during checkout is the shipping amount for the order based on the shipment configuration presented at checkout. If the customer later requests a change that creates additional shipping costs, including a split shipment, upgraded shipping service, or address correction, the customer may be responsible for the additional charge. Any additional charge will be communicated before the requested service is processed.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING

Eligible U.S. orders meeting the free-shipping threshold displayed on our website or at checkout—currently $150 or more—may qualify for free standard shipping.

Eligibility may be based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Free-shipping promotions apply to one complete shipment of the qualifying order, unless otherwise expressly stated.

If an order contains products with different availability dates, the order will generally be held until all items are available and then shipped together.

If a customer requests that part of a qualifying free-shipping order be shipped separately before the remaining items are available, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost associated with the requested split shipment.

If Urbay Toys & Collectibles chooses to divide a qualifying order into multiple shipments for operational reasons, the customer will not lose the free-shipping benefit or be charged additional shipping solely because we elected to divide the shipment.

Certain products may be excluded from free shipping because of size, weight, value, supplier restrictions, freight requirements, or special handling. Products requiring special shipping will be identified when applicable, and their shipping charges remain payable even when other products in the order qualify for free shipping.

Free-shipping offers apply only where expressly stated and do not apply to Canadian or other international orders unless the offer specifically says otherwise.
